I just finish watching an episode of Grey’s Anatomy. The end of the episode has what looks like the main character settling with someone good for her but someone that does not make her heart skip a beat. Which of course brings back the ultimate question. Is Settling growing up? Ever since we were little we were told to try for our best and never settle. What happens when your best is not good enough, do you settle? Do you try your best fail and ever try again and settle for second? Or do you keep trying, no matter how many times it fails and how it keep hurting you keep trying and if you don’t get what you want you try until you die. I have no answers. I like to think I’ll try until I get what I want or I die. Well maybe not so dramatic, I’ll try to get who I want or I live out the rest of my days alone. Like a famous movie once said, “…Tell her how you really feel and shame the devil” You never know what will happen.
